Anthi Trokoudi is the President of CAPA and has served as Chief Communications & ESG Officer at the Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations (Growthfund) since 2021. With over 25 years of experience in communications and sustainability, she has shaped strategies that combine effectiveness with positive impact.

Before joining Growthfund, she was Head of Communication & Sustainability at the Olympia Group, leading a diverse international organization with operations across eight countries in energy storage, telecommunications, retail, e-commerce, and software. She has significant experience in communications related to mergers and acquisitions (M&As) and IPOs, and has served as Vice President of the Corporate Affairs Sector of the Hellenic Management Association (EEDE).

Her vision for CAPA is to create a space that supports and empowers the next generation of corporate communications professionals.
