Dimitris Agrafiotis has been consistently serving the communications and corporate affairs sector for more than 22 years. He currently holds the position of Public & Regulatory Affairs Manager at Coca-Cola HBC, where he develops stakeholder relationships and leads Public Affairs initiatives.

Previously, he was Head of Communications and Corporate Affairs at Kosmocar S.A. His long experience also includes senior roles in communications and corporate affairs at Mondelēz International, Vodafone Ukraine, Vodafone Greece, and Toyota Hellas.

He began his career in PR agencies — Partners Public Relations and C&C Communications Group — supporting clients on government relations, crisis management, and media relations.
