Rineta Mitsi is the Corporate Affairs & Sustainability Director of the Goody’s-Everest Group. With more than 30 years of experience in marketing and communications, she oversees the Group’s image management, the design and coordination of its Sustainability and ESG Strategy, and chairs the Group’s ESG Committee.

She holds an MSc in Public Relations from the University of Stirling, a BSc in Business Administration from Deree College, and a BA in European Studies from the Hellenic Open University.

She has worked in public relations and advertising for multinational companies and has served as Marketing Director for all brands of the Group (Goody’s, Everest, Flocafe Espresso Room, La Pasteria), managing diverse and innovative projects. She has also acted as an internal trainer on teamwork, workplace behavior, and change management.

She believes in the power of collaboration and constantly seeks opportunities to create value through teams that share common principles and a shared vision — such as the development of a dynamic and supportive ecosystem for professionals in the field of Corporate Affairs.
