Key areas of focus

Joining forces to showcase the strategic role of Corporate Affairs.

CAPA’s activity is organized around three strategic pillars that reflect its mission and philosophy:

Networking, Development, and Influence.

Networking

CAPA builds bridges of collaboration and knowledge communities among professionals, academics, and institutional stakeholders. Through networking events, thematic programs, online discussions, and the creation of dedicated platforms, it fosters knowledge exchange and the development of synergies. It also strengthens members’ institutional presence in fora and committees, while establishing the Association’s annual event as a landmark gathering for the profession.

Development

CAPA invests in the continuous training and professional advancement of its members. It develops a comprehensive curriculum covering areas such as lobbying, crisis management, storytelling, public speaking, stakeholder engagement, ESG, circular economy, social & digital media, and design thinking. At the same time, it organizes thematic workshops and offers mentoring, promoting the exchange of best practices and the cultivation of leadership skills.

Influence

CAPA amplifies the role of Corporate Affairs in public dialogue and in the institutional representation of the profession. It conducts research and benchmarking, develops position papers, and participates in consultations on critical issues, representing the perspectives of professionals. It also strengthens relationships with business associations, chambers, government bodies, and international organizations, bringing Greek expertise to the global stage and introducing best practices to the local market.

In this way, the three pillars of action are not just thematic priorities but the essence of CAPA’s contribution to shaping a strong professional ecosystem for Corporate Affairs in Greece.
