The first Board of Directors of CAPA has been formed
CAPA aspires to become the official point of reference for the connection, development, and influence of Corporate Affairs and professionals in the field in Greece.
The founding members of the Corporate Affairs Professional Association (trade name “CAPA”) proceeded with the election of the first Board of Directors and the Audit Committee of the Association on April 4th, 2025, during its first Ordinary General Assembly.
Subsequently, on April 15th, 2025, the first meeting of the Board of Directors took place, during which it was officially constituted. The composition of the CAPA Board of Directors, which will serve a three-year term, is as follows:

- Vassilis Lolas, Vice President
- Irini Mitsi, Secretary
- Dimitris Agrafiotis, Treasurer
- Tonia Gogou, Member
- Sissy Iliopoulou, Member
- Pakis Papadimitriou, Member
- Eleni Sourani, Member
- Roi Haikou, Member
According to the results of the elections of the Ordinary General Assembly, the Audit Committee for the 2025–2027 term consists of:
- Konstantinos Efremidis
- Konstantinos Nodaras
- Loukia Chorafa
The establishment of CAPA responds to the need for a strong and independent professional body that represents Corporate Affairs and Strategic Communication professionals in Greece.
With a vision to strengthen, institutionalize, and continuously advance the role of Corporate Affairs professionals, CAPA aspires to become the official point of reference for knowledge, ethics, networking, development, and influence in the field in Greece.
