The website with the domain name www.capaorg.gr (hereinafter the “Site” or the “Website”) belongs to the association under the name “Union of Corporate Affairs Professionals Association”, with the distinctive title “CAPA”, based in Athens, at 119 Kerkyras Street, Postal Code 11362, Athens (hereinafter “CAPA”). CAPA is responsible for the operation and management of the Site, which serves as a communication and information system between CAPA and the public via the internet.
These Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms of Use”) govern the relationship between CAPA and the visitors and users of the Site (hereinafter the “Users”), particularly with respect to the entirety of the content (including but not limited to text, images, graphics, trademarks, distinctive signs, etc.) (hereinafter the “Content”) and the services offered through the Site. User Obligations

These Terms of Use are governed by the provisions of Greek Law, the directives and regulations of European Law, and relevant International provisions. They shall be interpreted in accordance with the principles of good faith, fair dealing, and the economic and social purpose of the right.
If any provision is found to be contrary to law and therefore invalid or voidable, it shall automatically cease to apply, without affecting the validity of the remaining terms. No modification of these Terms shall be valid unless made in writing and incorporated herein.
The Courts of Athens shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the application or interpretation of these Terms.
